A fundamental change has recently taken place in our service. It may seem insignificant, but in fact it will significantly affect the quality of our services.
Physical numbers mean reliability and control. Priority in the sale of physical numbers will increase SMS delivery rate, the percentage of successful activations, the quality and life period of accounts to the maximum possible level. We'll tell you about everything in detail.
To make it simple, what happened?
Previously, we did not separate physical and virtual numbers: a customer could buy both types with equal probability. Now we sell physical numbers first of all, and virtual numbers are sold only in case there are no physical ones available.
What physical numbers are
These are real SIM cards that suppliers use. Physical numbers are provided by major suppliers through special equipment agreed by us and under our control. We communicate directly with the partners providing the cards, so we can adjust their work or impose sanctions in case of poor quality.
What virtual numbers are
Numbers provided by third parties are aggregated by a supplier through some software which we have nothing to do with. A supplier (or rather, an intermediary) does not have physical cards at hand, and the origin of such a number is not always traceable.
Let's focus on it right away: these numbers also fulfill their functions, they are sold by all activation services. But their reliability cannot always be guaranteed even by suppliers themselves.
Why is it better now than it was before?
There is a proof: the success rate for physical numbers is 20% higher on average. This is not publicly announced, since most OTP platforms have a shortage of such providers. But we can afford to provide high-quality numbers in the first place. This is beneficial for customers and reliable long-term partners. There are some actual benefits:
Numbers are provided to one user only
We receive data on all physical SIM cards in the supplier's GSM pool and know for sure that the number is not resold before the agreed time. Thus, your account is protected from hacking (even unintentionally) by third parties.
The actual quantity is the same as promised
As for virtual numbers, it is almost impossible to define their exact quantity. When displaying the quantity, we rely on information from suppliers. In the case of physical numbers, the quantity displayed is guaranteed to be correct.
«Clean number»
Unlike it sometimes happens with virtual numbers, in case of physical SIM cards it is almost impossible to have an account already registered with a number. This means that, if the minimum conditions are met, the SMS will be received and your account will be registered.
Numbers of a high standard
Starting work with a supplier, we establish a personal communication, conduct a check, help select and configure the equipment, confirm the availability and volume of SIM cards. In the process, those who are not ready to cooperate responsibly just drop out.
Major mobile operators
Physical SIM cards are guaranteed to be provided by major mobile operators. Such numbers are more trusted by large services, which means the chance of successful registration is higher.
Rent
As we are confident in the quality of such numbers, a rental service is available for them. You can receive an unlimited number of SMS from one or several services for a period from a few hours to 4 weeks.
Reactivation
Reactivation of expired numbers always depends on a provider. But owners of physical SIM cards rarely refuse to reactivate a SIM, because it is beneficial to both them and the client. On average, a physical number manages to reactivate 30% more often.
